Travel Grant
The 20th Asian Oceanian Congress of Neurology Organizing Committee is pleased to offer Travel Grants supporting eligible international and domestic presenters attending the congress.
“Innovations in Neurology: Bridging Research and Patient Care”
The Travel Grant is intended to support travel-related expenses and to encourage participation from presenters whose abstracts have been accepted and who have fully completed their registration payment. Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the following guidelines carefully before submitting their Travel Grant application.
Grant Amount
USD 500
A fixed amount awarded to each selected participant, in accordance with congress policy.
Application Deadline
7 September 2026
Applications close together with the abstract submission deadline. Late applications may not be considered.
Announcement
Mid-October 2026
Results will be announced through the official website and/or by email.
Eligibility
Applicants must fulfil all of the following

1The applicant must be the first author and presenting author of an abstract submitted for AOCN 2026. Only one Travel Grant application per applicant is permitted.

2The applicant must have an accepted abstract for oral or poster presentation.

3Applicants must complete the required conference registration and payment within the specified registration period.

4Applicants must attend the congress and personally deliver the accepted presentation at the scheduled time.

5Applicants who receive travel funding from another organization for the same trip or meeting may not be eligible for Travel Grant support.

Apply via Abstract Submission
Travel Grant applications are made through the abstract submission page, and must be completed by the abstract submission deadline.
Before You Submit
- Ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate and complete.
- Confirm that your registration and payment fall within the specified registration period.
- Late applications may not be considered.
Notification & Grant Distribution
Notification of Results
Travel Grant application results will be announced through the official congress website and/or by email. Detailed information on grant status and document submission will be notified individually by email to every applicant.
Grant Distribution
The Travel Grant is distributed on-site during the congress to presenters who attend and deliver their presentation, after the abstract has been selected.
Required at collection: proof of expenditure (receipt or remittance confirmation).

Successful applicants will be asked to provide the following documents. Please prepare digital copies in advance so that verification can be completed without delay.
Passport
Copy of the passport identification page.
Registration Proof
Proof of conference registration and payment.
Presentation Confirmation
Presentation confirmation, if requested.
Submit Your Abstract and Apply
Eligible presenters are warmly encouraged to apply. Submit your abstract and complete the Travel Grant application before 7 September 2026, and join us at the Santika Dyandra Hotel, Medan, from 18 to 22 November 2026.
